Yannis Banks,

Chief Executive Officer, Director
Mr. Banks is the Managing Director of Foundation Markets Inc, a Toronto-based merchant bank focused on the natural resource sectors. Mr. Banks has been involved in financing and providing strategic advisory services to a number of early stage natural resource companies and evaluating and acquiring mineral projects in North and South America and Asia. Mr. Banks will continue to be a Director of Foundation Markets and is also the CEO of Alpaca Resources, a private company.

Dan Noone, BAPSCI (GEOL), MBA,

Chairman
Dan Noone, BApSci Mr. Noone has more than 20 years of international mineral exploration and development experience ranging from implementing grass roots programs through to feasibility studies. In his recent roles, Mr. Noone was CEO of Absolut Resources Corp. and then VP of Peru operations for Aquiline Resources Inc., prior to its acquisition by Pan American Silver Corp. Mr. Noone is currently the Vice-President Exploration of Guyana Goldfields. Mr. Noone has held various senior geologist roles managing projects in Papua New Guinea, Indonesia, Peru, Ecudaor and Argentina. He holds a degree in geology from Ballarat University and an MBA from Melbourne University.

Iain Kelso, P.GEO,

Vice-President Exploration
Mr. Kelso has over 10 years of experience in the mineral exploration industry with extensive experience in mineral resource estimation, NI 43-101 reporting, and management of exploration programs involving a variety of commodities and projects in North and South America and Africa and Central Asia. Mr. Kelso is a Qualified Person under the terms defined by NI 43-101 and has been living in Colombia for 3 years.

Richard Brown, M AUS IMM,

Vice-President Business Development, Director
Mr. Brown is the Vice President, Business Development of Amarillo Gold Corp (TSX-V:AGC). Mr. Brown has extensive worldwide experience in both mineral and petroleum exploration. For the last 15 years he has lived in South America, establishing local companies and acquiring a portfolio of mining properties in Ecuador, Peru, Argentina and Brazil. Mr. Brown combines a thorough knowledge of the local business culture with an extensive network of industry contacts and a track record of acquiring significant assets.

Adam Szweras, LLB,

Director
Mr. Szweras has practiced securities law since 1996 and has assisted a number of companies in their efforts to finance, list and grow. He co-founded Foundation Markets in 2006 to provide financing and financial advisory assistance to companies with rapid growth potential. Mr. Szweras works primarily with mid-market mining, energy companies, agribusiness, and alternative energy companies. He has founded and sits on the board of directors of several successful exploration and development companies. Mr. Szweras is also a partner with Fogler, Rubinoff LLP in Toronto, and has assisted companies in listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX), the Toronto Venture Exchange (TSXV), the CSNX, US Exchanges and exchanges internationally. He has particular expertise in structuring cross-border and multi-jurisdictional securities transactions and mergers and acquisitions.

Christopher Davie,

Director
Mr. Davie has over 35 years experience in the mining industry. Most recently, Mr. Davie was CEO of Virgin Metals Inc. and previous to that was CEO of Queenstake Resources Ltd., where he transformed the junior gold company from a $15 million market cap to an intermediate producer with a +$250 million market cap. Mr. Davie holds a MSc in Mining Engineering from the University of London.

Robert A. Manning,

Director
Mr. Manning is President of RAM Associates with interest in mining and oil and gas projects. He holds a degree in Petroleum Geology and has extensive experience in both the mining and petroleum industries with over 25 years of experience in the mining industry of Colombia. He was Vice-President of International Exploration for Gulf Resources and Chemical Corporation from 1974 to 1982. He evaluated and negotiated terms for the La Equis poly metallic gold deposit in Western Colombia and negotiated JV terms with Texaco and the Colombian Ministry of Mines on the Alisales Copper Property in Southern Colombia. For the past 20 years Mr. Manning has been Senior Geologist and President of a number of junior oil & gas and mining companies.

Paul Lin,

Director
Dr. Lin has over 15 years experience in the financial and investment industry in Canada. He was Director and Chief Financial Officer of McVicar Minerals from 2000 to 2003 and of McVicar Resources Inc. (TSXV: MCV) between 2004 and 2007. Dr. Lin has extensive experience in acquisitions in China and obtained his Ph.D. from the University of Toronto in 1995.

Andres Tinajero,

Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Tinajero has over 15 years of business experience, having supported a broad range of industries, including mining, not for profit, manufacturing and retail; establishing a strong accounting and business skill set, transitioning into the public sector serving in leadership roles for small and medium sized companies in extractive industries. During this same period, he has served as Controller and CFO of a number of start-ups and medium sized Public companies across Canada. He holds degrees in Business Administration and an MBA, and is also a Member of the Canadian Institute of Certified Management Accountants, and currently enrolled in the Director's Program through the University of Toronto.

Scott Jobin-Bevans, PHD, P.GEO,

Senior Technical Advisor
Mr. Jobin-Bevans is a geologist with more than 20 years of mineral exploration industry experience. From September 2001 until November 2008, Mr. Jobin-Bevans served as Managing Director of Caracle Creek International Consulting Inc. and now serves as a director and founding partner. He is the President and a director of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada; a director of Alpaca Resources Inc.; a director of Tiex Inc.; a director of Strike Minerals Inc.; a director of Jiminex Inc.; a director of Mukuba Resources Limited; a director of Ateba Resources Inc.; and has also served as Vice-President Exploration for Takara Resources Inc.; a director of Portage Minerals Inc.; President and a director of Treasury Metals Inc.; a director of Absolut Resources Corp.; and Vice-President Exploration of Pacific North West Capital Corp.
